The overall objective of the NJJWIS is to facilitate the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the juvenile justice and welfare laws and the development of evidence-based policies and programs. As such, it is envisioned to contribute to the establishment of restorative justice and welfare policy services for children at risk and children in conflict with the law.
